Here at Surprise Church, we believe that worship begins when we leave the building. We want to provide you with enough encouragement and excitement to inspire you all week long!

Surprise Church Mandan is a church that believes in God’s radical saving grace to all who would receive it.

We want to be disciples who make disciples in our families, jobs, neighborhoods, and wherever God leads us.

We believe the most effective way to reach people is through relationships and love.

LEAD PASTOR

Tim’s done it all. To name a few things, he’s served as a member of the National Guard, been trained as a chef, and worked as a plumber. And now, Tim is leading our amazing team at Surprise Church in Mandan as they build a remarkable community and change lives. Tim shows up early, believes in people, and is a man of absolute integrity. He’s also a Cubs fan, but we don’t hold that against him.

Tessa really is a miracle. They said she wouldn’t sing again, but clearly they were wrong. Her smiling face and shepherd’s heart are hard to miss too. She lives in New Salem with her husband Toby, son Wilbur, and twins Christian and Cloe.
